WARRANTY
Shenzhen Longyun Lighting Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called "Longyun") warrants to the purchaser that its electronic ballasts will be free from defects for 3,5 or 10 years beginning from the date of delivery.
If our ballasts failed within the specified warranty period, we will repair them at our expense. Longyun only extends this guarantee to our buyers. This warranty is conditional based upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance.
This warranty is not applicable to any electronic ballast which has not been installed and operated in accordance with Longyun’s specifications and connection diagrams. The conditions for any tests(to be) performed on electronic ballast which are claimed to have not performed in accordance with the terms of the warranty shall be mutually agreed upon in writing.
