The train is manufactured by PATENTES TALGO S.L. and is a project in collaboration with Deutsche Bahn (DB). It will be used for operation on the Berlin Amsterdam line, with a 17 car formation and first-class, second-class, and bar carriages. The interior lighting has automatic dimming function
